It's springtime here, which is high school graduation season. This year, both Brian and I have cousins who are graduating. We are too far away to celebrate with my cousin in Florida. Lucky for us, Brian's cousin lives in Columbus, so we were able to attend a graduation party in his honor this evening.

The graduate (red tie) entertained us all with several songs. He usually plays drums, but it was a lot easier to get a clear photo when he played guitar for one song!

There's definitely a kind of...genre of graduation party that I'm just now learning about for some reason, with the banner out front and a local band playing and so on. I actually don't remember anything I did to celebrate high school graduation, though I'm sure that I did something.
