Snow Storm Summary

So today we got a lot of snow, like most of the east coast. Here are some pictures of the snow throughout the day. The roads were still pretty clear at noon, but it started to snow pretty hard at 2pm and has been snowing slowly but steadily since then. It is still snowing now (although not very hard at all). The snow today has been very wet and heavy. I went out to shovel off the steps of our building around 4:30pm, but the people paid to do it shooed me back in as soon as they saw me.

In view 2, you can watch how the cars parked on our street get more and more covered with snow through the day. One car gets dug out and then coated with new snow. Enjoy!

I bet that makes you glad not to have a car to deal with :) We got quite a bit of snow here on Tuesday/Wednesday - probably not as much as you - but my car was still a bit snowed in with all the drifts.

Those cars seem to be parked so close together.....
Were all these pics taken from your apartment?
We had about 12 inches of beautiful white snow. It shut down some schools, but nothing else was affected, as far as I know.

Yes, these pics were taken out of our front windows. The cars are pakred really close together. I think the one on the middle had to wait for the front car to pull out before it could move.

A lot of the snow has melted already today. We had sunny and warm weather, so there was a lot of dripping and running water.
