Salad Time

Instead of going to Ruby Tuesdays to enjoy their salad bar, I recently made dinner salads instead. Brian mocked me for taking pictures of the salads, but they took a long time because of the number of different ingredients that had to be chopped. If I remember correctly, these salads include lettuce, red onions, carrots, cucumbers, red peppers, hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, celery, and grated cheese. Even though they took a while to make, they were tasty to eat!

That looks like a great salad! Rachel is the salad maker in our family (I try, but can't compare).

That really looks and sounds delicious. Did you use a salad dressing too? It can be hard to have so many fresh ingredients in your house at one time.

Yes, we had some salad dressing. It seems easier to have fresh stuff here, but I do end up having some of it spoil on me once in a while. We had salads for dinner again today!
