On the research side of things, I have been preparing my samples for analysis. The first step in this process is to grind each one up by hand (see below). This is a tedious process, but I have been making progress. I have done about 50-60 thus far.

I don't know why the text is underlined. It became underlined when I moved it above the pictures. Anyone know?
Try editing your post. If you need to, look at the "edit html" tab and take off the underline commands.

It looks like you need a grinder (we have a grider room with a loud grinder for soil, fecal and plant samples that need to be ground up before they are analyzed for their nutrient content).
Maybe you could use a cheap coffee grinder? Or even a crank hand grinder for soils?
